PACS is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio to transform patient lives through mobility-focused care and independent living goals. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise COTAs, and coordinate with physicians to ensure recovery is patient-centered and efficient.
You’ll evaluate within 24 hours, develop goal-driven treatment plans, and adapt care to maximize outcomes while preparing families for safe discharge. Ohio license and CE commitment required.
Are you an Occupational Therapist who believes therapy is more than treatment — it’s transformation? We’re looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled Licensed Occupational Therapist who is driven to help patients regain independence, mobility, and quality of life. In this role, you won’t just follow a treatment plan — you’ll lead care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and directly impact recovery outcomes every single day.
This role is active and hands-on. You’ll frequently stand, walk, reach, push/pull, and assist patients with mobility. The environment is professional, collaborative, and patient-focused, with reasonable accommodations available as needed.
Every brace fitted.
Every adaptive device ordered.
Every caregiver trained.
Every milestone reached. You help patients move from dependence to independence — and that’s life‑changing work.
