Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop a treatment plan based on evaluations.
• Document findings, progress, and provide instruction to patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with physicians, staff, and insurers; participate in committee work.
• Lead and mentor staff; support clinical interns and rehab technicians.
