South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN position in our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care settings. Must be licensed to apply; compensation is $50.00-$55.00 per hour with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• State licensure current.
• NBCOT certification as OTR, if state requires.
• BS/MS/MA/OTD from an AOTA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
