Grady Health System is seeking a PRN / Pool Occupational Therapist (OT) to support the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services across inpatient and related care settings. This role is ideal for clinicians who value schedule flexibility while continuing to work with medically complex rehabilitation patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. The Occupational Therapist practices within the professional scope defined by the Georgia Occupational Therapy Practice Act, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence, functional recovery, and improved quality of life. In this role, the Occupational Therapist provides evaluation and treatment services across designated service areas while supporting departmental coverage needs. The therapist is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating occupational therapy interventions for patients referred to the Occupational Therapy Department at Grady, ensuring care is delivered with the highest standards of clinical quality and patient-centered focus.
