Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in North Texas seeks an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role. You will render professional OT services to assigned patients in a fast-paced hospital setting, performing evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning.

Requirements include graduation from an OT program, current BLS certification, Texas license or temporary license, and at least 1 year of licensure as an OT. PRN with weekend requirements and varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Texas license or temporary license is required.
• 1 year of licensed Occupational Therapist experience.

Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Occupational Therapist PRN position renders professional and technical occupational therapy to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process (evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning). The Clinical Pharmacist position is to perform professional, clinical tasks that will ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care and results in an optimal patient care.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Occupational Therapy

• Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
