Job summary

Creative Health Solutions in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a passionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will develop and administer therapy programs to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans for each patient.

You will document progress, communicate outcomes to care teams, and stay current with therapy techniques.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
• Experience with Skilled Nursing Facility populations is a plus.
• Ability to develop and implement therapy plans across disciplines.
