Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled evaluation and treatment in an acute care setting, covering orthopedic, surgical, oncology, cardiac, and general medical cases. You will establish individualized plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

Role includes supervising and delegating to assistants, completing documentation, and offering ongoing assessment and consultation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's degree preferred.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience is not mandatory.
