Job summary

Aegis Therapies, a national leader in rehabilitation services, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Heights of Bulverde, Bulverde, TX. This PRN role offers flexible hours and opportunities across multiple settings.

You will deliver high-quality OT services to residents, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatrics and long-term care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in nursing and long-term care settings.
• Develop, implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications
