Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient services in a Sarasota, FL area clinic. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, enabling a strong work-life balance while caring for higher-functioning residents in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The therapist will market the clinic, develop their own schedule, and work independently within a comprehensive rehabilitation program.

Qualifications

• Current license as Occupational Therapist in the state of practice (or ability to obtain).
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to residents Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends.
• Work in on-site outpatient clinic or residents' rooms.
• Support clinic marketing and schedule creation to maintain flexible, client-centered care.

Qualifications
