Job summary

Pine Forest Rehabilitation in Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support residents’ recovery and mobility in a faith-based environment.

You will perform OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide ADL training, therapeutic activities, and monitor progress while documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state in which we operate (Required).

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and screenings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support recovery and mobility.
• Provide ADL, therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and balance.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
