Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in McKinney, TX and surrounding areas on a PRN basis. Treatments take place in patients' homes and communities, with interdisciplinary teams creating integrated plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in OT preferred.
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function and ADLs/IADLs.
• Assess visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs.
• Address adaptive equipment needs and assistive technology.
• Provide patient-centered care in home and community settings.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in McKinney, TX and surrounding areas-with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
