Job summary

Physiofit, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Lafayette, LA team. You will provide specialized evaluation and evidence‑based treatments tailored to patient needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team in an outpatient setting.

You must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with state licensure (current or pending).
