Occupational Therapist PRN will provide direct patient care to home bound patients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develops and revises plan of care in consultation with physician and other careteam members.
- Provides therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs as applicable.
- Participates in clinical conferences and inservice programs.
- Conducts onsite supervisory visits of certified occupational therapy assistants.
- Advices and consults with the family and other agency personnel as applicable.
- Prepares clinical and progress notes.
- Protects and honors patient and coworker confidentiality and right to privacy.
- Evaluates outcomes of care.
- Plans for discharge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current Texas OT License.
- Current Certification in BSL/CPR.
- Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance.
- Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus.
Salary: Pay Per Visit including mileage reimbursement.
