Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adult/geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care in Fulton, Missouri. You’ll evaluate and treat to improve independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

You’ll work in a clinical environment that values clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong mentorship, offering opportunities for growth while delivering high-quality rehab

Qualifications

• Licensed/eligible OT in Missouri or state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Interest or experience with geriatric rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver OT services through therapeutic activities and ADL training.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Track patient progress and document outcomes to adapt treatment plans.

Qualifications
