We provide specialized, intensive rehabilitation for patients recovering from serious illness, injury, surgery, and other complex medical conditions, with a focus on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.
Our interdisciplinary team combines physician-led care, rehabilitation nursing, advanced therapy services, and individualized treatment planning to help each patient achieve meaningful outcomes and successfully transition to the next level of care.

Evaluates patients and helps them improve basic motor functions and reasoning abilities, but also compensate for permanent loss of function by teaching them to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. May also assist patients in selecting appropriate adaptive equipment and assistive devices. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
