Alderwood Post Acute & Rehab in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at our 113-bed skilled nursing facility. You will provide OT services to residents in a warm, community setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current state of practice OT License.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.

• Collaborate with therapy and care teams to optimize resident outcomes.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing professional development.

Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services. *Need weekend coverage for admits along with weekdays*
