Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reviews referrals for appropriateness and evaluates patient problems to determine OT needs using standard tests and measurements.
• Adapts and modifies treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Documents patient status, progress, and treatment plans in writing or verbally.
• Schedules patient visits to allow adequate treatment time and necessary conferences/administrative tasks.
• Consults with patients and families, provides home programs, and participates in interdisciplinary teams.
