Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Jeanes Hospital pool. The OT will plan, evaluate and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, participate in established therapy programs, and develop discharge plans. The role includes directing support personnel within the scope of practice.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; PA OT license; NBCOT; BLS. Master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited Occupational Therapy program required.
• Master's Degree from accredited Occupational Therapy program preferred or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, evaluates and treats patients related to occupational therapy needs in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participates in established occupational therapy programs including patient care and education.
• Evaluates and treats patients and establishes treatment programs and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans.
• Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.
