Regions has multiple weekday and weekend shifts available for a per diem OT. This OT per diem position requires two weekend shifts per month and one holiday per year. We also have consistent weekday shifts to help cover staff who have worked weekends as well as several planned leaves of absence and prefer candidates who have an interest in weekday shift coverage. The position will primarily serve adult patients on acute units of our Level 1 trauma hospital. Training into our 21‑bed CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility is offered based on interest, experience, and readiness. The position provides an opportunity to work with a wide range of diagnoses: general medical, general deconditioning, stroke, brain injury, spinal cord, orthopedic, intensive medical, cardiac units, and observation units. We provide a thorough onboarding process to all new hires and mentorship from experienced staff is available. Regions Rehabilitation offers in‑services on a wide range of topics that can help grow your clinical experience. Per diem positions are an excellent first step toward full‑time positions in our hospital.
