UVM Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and develop an effective OT program based on comprehensive clinical assessment and sound judgment. The role emphasizes professional growth and maintaining expertise to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities include ongoing professional development, adhering to Vermont licensure requirements (or eligibility) and, when applicable, weekend shift duties; BLS training is preferred.
Under the general direction of the Rehab Clinical Manager, Rehab Operation Supervisor(s), and the Clinical Lead, assumes the responsibility for evaluating patients and developing an effective occupational therapy program based upon physical assessment, sound judgment and psychological sensitivity. Maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development.
Must work 1 weekend shift per quarter.
Three to six months to be proficient in all phases of assigned duties.
