Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for per diem assignments across LVHN locations. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans to restore function, and guide activities of daily living to help patients regain independence.

Provides assessment of the patient condition based on diagnosis from the referring physician. Develops and updates an appropriate plan of care in collaboration with patient and family to assist in returning them to their maximum level of function. Facilitates participation in everyday living. Improves and facilitates quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands on care, and patient education.
