Job summary

Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy in Littleton, CO is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our compassionate team. You will evaluate and treat pediatric clients (0–21) in our in-person Littleton clinic and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide family-centered care.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $5,000 for part-time/PRN, plus a strong benefits package and supportive onboarding.

Qualifications

• NBCOT Certification required for Occupational Therapist
• Completed therapist-level fieldwork as per accreditation requirements
• Colorado licensure (DORA) by start date

About The Role

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our fun, supportive team at our Littleton clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

Position Details

• Location: In-person, Littleton clinic
• Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time, PRN
• Full-time schedules: Monday–Friday, Optional Saturdays
• 4–10s and 4-8s schedule available for full-time team members

Part-time/PRN schedules:

flexible and based on clinic needs

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation

• $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time
• $5,00 Sign On Bonus for Part-time / PRN

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

Requirements

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
• Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date
