Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers. Day shift, full-time hours, and a strong team environment are offered. Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, BLS, and eligibility for OT licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using approved methods and standards.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Document accurately and timely using measurable and objective terminology.
• Educate patients and caregivers and provide discharge recommendations.
• Supervise OT assistants and rehabilitation aides per regulations.
• Support safety, productivity, and department quality initiatives.
