Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care. You will evaluate, plan and deliver OT services that promote independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the relevant state or license eligible
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life
• Deliver OT services through therapeutic activities and ADL training
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes
• Track progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation while adapting treatment plans

• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation
