Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.

Help students improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual motor integration, self-care, and other functional abilities that support participation in school activities.

Recommend and implement environmental modifications, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology to support student independence.

Develop strategies and provide training to teachers, families, and school staff to support students' daily functioning and educational participation.

Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, families, and other related-service providers to develop and implement IEPs.

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and service records.

Complete required documentation for accountability and reimbursement purposes, including Medicaid documentation as applicable.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, documentation systems, and web-based applications.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, qualifications, and assignment.

Professional collaboration and support from experienced clinicians and department leadership.

Free continuing education opportunities and professional development.

Access to educational coaching, testing materials, technology, and other professional resources.

Eligibility for certain employee benefits based on weekly hours and applicable plan requirements.

A collaborative work environment focused on improving educational experiences for children.
