Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Pediatric Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to deliver and supervise OT services for children from birth to 18 years old at the Swedish First Hill campus. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement programs, reassess progress, and coordinate discharge planning within a family-centered, collaborative team.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, a Washington OT license, and American Heart

The pediatric rehabilitation services occupational therapist delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services to children, birth to 18 years old. Services provided upon referral include evaluations, developing individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes, implementation of the treatment program, reassessment of treatment results and discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines, and family centered, involving family, caregivers and patient. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for occupational therapists, and current accepted state of the art practice.
