Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a pediatric rehabilitation occupational therapist to deliver and supervise services for children from birth to 18 years old. You will evaluate, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and reassess outcomes within a family-centered, team-based setting at Swedish First Hill in Seattle.

Required: Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, Washington OT license at hire, and American Heart Association BLS.

The pediatric rehabilitation services occupational therapist delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services to children, birth to 18 years old. Services provided upon referral include evaluations, developing individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes, implementation of the treatment program, reassessment of treatment results and discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines, and family centered, involving family, caregivers and patient. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for occupational therapists, and current accepted state of the art practice.

Required Qualifications:
