Job summary

TheraDynamics in New York is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support SNF patients recovering from strokes, hip fractures, and cardiac events.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans focused on functional independence, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Occupational therapy in the skilled nursing setting is about one thing: helping people get back to the activities that define their lives. At TheraDynamics, our OTs in SNF settings work with patients recovering from strokes, hip fractures, cardiac events, and progressive neurological conditions. You will design creative, functional interventions that address ADLs, cognitive retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, and safe discharge planning. Your work directly determines whether a patient goes home or stays in a facility — and we give you the tools, time, and support to make that happen.
