Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a PRN team serving residents across nursing home and long-term care settings in Rolla, MO.

You will contribute to comprehensive rehab programs and work with an interdisciplinary team to support patient independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Experience or interest in geriatrics and long-term care settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing/long-term care settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, and OT assistants to optimize patient outcomes.
