Occupational Therapist – Outpatient – PRN

Location: Reena Senior Living, Fort Atkinson, WI.

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, no evenings, no weekends.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will treat residents Monday‑Friday – no evenings or weekends. You will treat residents in their rooms or in an on‑site outpatient clinic, so there’s no need to travel to homes outside the building.
