Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in an assisted living community in Heathrow, FL. This PRN role offers flexible assignments and the chance to help older adults maintain independence.

You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, and document in the EMR. New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply; FL OT license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
