Job summary

TheraDynamics in the United States is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinics. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, including hand therapy, upper-extremity injuries, and neurological rehab, delivering evidence-based care with one-on-one patient time.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current or eligible for New York State OT license.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and diverse caseloads.
• Hand therapy experience a plus but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type.

• Evaluate and treat outpatient clients across a diverse caseload including upper extremity rehabilitation, hand therapy, neurological conditions, work hardening, and functional capacity evaluations.
• Design creative, evidence-based treatment plans, fabricate custom splints when needed, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.
• Provide dedicated one-on-one time with each patient.
