Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Lebanon, KY is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OTR for PRN with options for 10-15+ hours weekly at a premium rate. You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders in a Skilled Nursing Facility, using OT procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.

• Document progress and communicate effectively with care team.

• PRN Offering occasional hours each week or consistent weekly hours (10-15+ hours per week - Premium Rate)
• Flexible Schedule during the week or on the weekends

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of occupational therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
