Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Fairview, NC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents in a SNF setting, under physician orders, using therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential. This PRN-PRIMARY PRN position offers consistent weekly hours and teamwork with an interdisciplinary staff.

You will participate as a member of the OT team, providing evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing support to residents within the therapy program.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident’s life. The Occupational Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Occupational Therapy.
