Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Sparta, WI is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OTR to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, utilizing a variety of occupational therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential across daily living activities.

We offer a full-time schedule (30-40 hours/week) with PRN availability. New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy license in state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician using occupational therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.
