Job summary

Broad River Rehab is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Sparta, WI. This is a full-time position (30–40 hours per week) with additional PRN hours available.

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents using various therapeutic procedures and assistive devices, enhancing their functional potential and quality of life. We offer low-cost health, dental and vision insurance options, along with generous PTO and licensure reimbursement.
