Job summary

Working Nurses Healthcare, LLC seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy across multiple communities in Florida. You will assess patients, develop customized treatment plans, and coordinate with the care team to support follow-up care and education for lifestyle changes.

Ideal candidates demonstrate compassion, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases with meticulous documentation and positive engagement with patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will be meeting with several patients in a day, in their homes, discussing their treatment needs and ultimate goals, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. You will also work closely with other doctors or members of their health team to arrange follow-up care, help educate patients on lifestyle changes they may need, and provide a positive, affirming presence in their lives. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple different cases at a time.
