Qualifications

• Graduation from Accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Responsibilities

• Provides targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate patient participation and occupational performance within the home environment.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings to review evaluation results, integrate findings with other disciplines, offer recommendations, and develop individual treatment programs.
• Monitors and reassesses the effects of occupational therapy intervention and the need to continue, modify, or discontinue intervention.
• Teaches, monitors, and collaborates with support personnel and patient family to facilitate skills in areas of occupation as well as health maintenance and safety.
• Maintains effectiveness communications at all levels; within the work setting and Company.

Education

Licensed occupational therapist or eligibility with NM RLD

Graduation from Accredited Occupational Therapy Program
