Job summary

SOAL Home Health Services, LLC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing team in Austin, TX. You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment plans for children, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services in the home or community setting
• Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed
• Provide caregiver education and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per Medicaid and insurance standards

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing pediatric team. You will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment plans for children with a variety of diagnoses, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. Pay: $55 - $120 per visit (Visits are paid per unit, and 3-4 units per visit are expected)

• Experience in pediatric home health is preferred but not required
