Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a SNF/LTC setting in Washington state on a local contract basis with a 5x8 days schedule. The position requires WA licensure or eligibility and at least 1 year of OT experience in SNF/LTC.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of WA to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.
