This contract role offers a 5x8 days schedule with responsibility for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of OT experience in SNF/LTC and hold an IL license or be in the licensure process.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of IL to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Occupational Therapist (OT)SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.
