Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the process of licensure in MA to work in SNF/LTC settings.

This direct hire / permanent placement role requires a candidate with SNF/LTC experience and current OT licensure in the state of practice; the OT will be accountable for integrating the organization’s vision and goals into daily performance.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of MA to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a direct hire / permanent placement position. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

1. 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Occupational Therapist (OT)SNF / LTC experience required.
2. Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.
