Job Summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of California to work in the specialty area of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC). This is a direct hire / permanent placement position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
