Step Up Imperial is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Naples, FL. This full-time role is with Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Imperial.

You will provide skilled OT services to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Florida OT license, SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Active Florida OT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Help residents regain independence through skilled rehabilitation.
