About the Facility:

Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Granger known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Rate Range: ≈$40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)
