Job summary

Metro Therapy, Inc. in Patchogue, NY is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based OT services under IEP guidelines.

You will evaluate, treat, and track progress for children, collaborating with families and school staff to meet individualized goals. This role emphasizes interdisciplinary teamwork and ongoing documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Active, valid OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in the school setting.
• Perform evaluations and document child progress.
• Deliver OT services as mandated in the IEP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators and other professionals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Posted Salary Range

USD $54.00 - USD $90.00 /Hr.
