Occupational Therapist (OT) – Rehabilitation (Contract)

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of IL to work in the specialty area of Rehabilitation.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a (n) Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Rehabilitation experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.
