Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Katy in Katy, TX, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our inpatient team and care for a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn.

The OT will provide direct patient care, plan and implement treatment programs, and contribute to service development across our system. Flexibility to work across facilities is required as PAM Health expands.

Qualifications

• Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as an occupational therapist.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Deliver age-appropriate therapy and document progress.
• Contribute to service development and program improvements.
• Maintain flexibility to meet system needs across facilities.

The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Occupational Therapist must be flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
