Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient team and provide direct patient care. The OT will plan and implement tailored treatment programs for a diverse patient population, under PAM Health guidelines.

Ideal candidates have an OT license in the practice state, BLS certification, and a willingness to contribute to program development across multiple facilities. One year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and plan/implement specific treatment programs in an age-appropriate manner for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and PAM Health standards.
• Involve in the development of additional services and program improvements across PAM Health System.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet needs across different facilities within the system.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Occupational Therapist must be flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
