Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth OT services across Texas and beyond. You will manage a diverse caseload, assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote independence.

Qualifications include a Master's in Occupational Therapy, an active CA license or eligibility, pediatric experience, and proficiency with our teletherapy platform. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises and activities.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Technology: Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with developments in occupational therapy.

The Remote Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients via telehealth. They will work with a diverse caseload of patients, assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote improved functional abilities and independence.
